Overloaded with work and underpaidI hate my job and really don't want to do it any more. At first the job seemed pretty ideal as I got to work from home. However, I have found that this is the worst paid job I have had with the highest workload since I finished college.

Fed up with call centres and their staff? Are you sick and tired of call centre staff who are unhelpful, badly informed and sometimes rude? Do you get frustrated and angry? Do you sometimes find yourself being rude and abusive?

Benefit stopped for not taking minimum wage jobI know there are some who just will not work. But is it right that skilled workers should be treated like cattle and sent out to large companies for a minimum wage, just so the government can keep unemployment figures down?

Pointless performance reviews and stupid targetsThese companies are so quick to go go with you on the good times and dance around with you when you make them tons of money, but when things are bad (recession?) that's when your employers turn on you.

Temporary recruitment agencies unhelpfulLike many people out of work at the moment I'm spending quite a bit of time contacting temporary recruitment agencies in an attempt to secure some temporary work to bring in a bit of cash to make it through the hard times.

Getting a job after redundancyI have been looking for work since being made redundant back in April. During this time I have made on average 5-10 applications a day country wide and have had an average of 2 interviews a week from end of May until today.

Other duties as assignedWhen it comes to job advertisements are you familiar with the term 'Other duties as assigned'? This is the single biggest corporate conspiracy facing America's workforce today.

Strike action by selfish workersMy general gripe with strike action is that they happily accepted the pay and conditions when they took the job, so if they didn't like it, they shouldn't have taken the job in the first place.

Employment law and unfair dismissalIt's not just a tough for those of you out there looking for work, it's even tougher now trying to stay in a job without your employer taking advantage of the system. Current employment law is not fair on workers at all!
