People are nothing but sheep

I think the main reason people are stupid is a. because they are sheep but b. they don't even care - which is even worse because it means they don't want to stop being sheep - the government loves them! LMFAO

Actually, in a literal sense , a lot of young people are deaf these days and will get much deafer as they age. They play loud music on MP3 players straight into their ears, even louder music in their cars and , as teenagers seem to be in charge of every shop and restaurant now, they pipe loud and annoying music at the customers all day as well.

The sheeplike customers grumble among themselves but say nothing as they don't want to appear to be "moaners". The 19 year old "managers" don't agree that it is loud as they are well on the way to a totally deaf old age and cannot hear it properly.

Congo is somewhat confused by the references however this is an interesting, if slightly worrying gripe...

One is aware, of course that the citizenry in the mass are to be avoided wherever possible but are those self-same masses really as predictable as the griper professes?

Sheep are people too.
This is a surprisingly dull and contradictory ramble, maybe if more people were sad and lonely they would not be so docile.
If everyone did what they were told there would be no crime, no dissent and no conflict. You might as well say the old are blind and the young are deaf, or is it the other way around. Half truths are so easy?

I know exactl what you mean and surprisingly the only people who aren't like this are ones who lived in other types of cultures and other eras before living in this one. My family used to live in soviet occupied nations and what they see in America today and many other rich countries is even worse than what they had in their areas. People don't want to rise up, protest, boycott, or even be told they have a choice because they are currently very comftorable in their lives and if they learn the truth they won't like it and as such will have to do something . But they don't want to b/c they are berry happy now or at least they like to believe so.

There a wider availability of the classic book 1984...

I'm not sure what you want us to do here. It seems that if anyone does anything that someone else is doing, or owns something someone else owns (in your world mass production just wont work, and mass production allows better things for all) then you are a sheep.

we who are of strong minds need sheep so people like us can set there trends and potentially be their shepherds this is the order of the world

nice rant, and sadly it is true, most people are "happy consumers", but its not their fault, its the media and their propaganda, most people are afraid to stand out, and go against the norm; this is what happens when we live in a fascist country
