Ex husband won't pay child support

My ex husband was assessed for child support at what I though was a reasonable amount, however, after talking it through with his accountant (he is self employed) he has managed to now pay himself the minimum wage and pay some of his earnings to his wife as a partner in the business.  So now all I can get is £5 a week child support as the minimum amount applies.

I find this extremely insulting to both me and my daughter as I work full time with extra overtime to try to provide a decent life for us.  He has a good life, is remarried and does not have to go without.  I cannot believe the lengths he has gone to to get out of paying a reasonable amount of child support.

Furthermore, he had a loan for a car whilst we were married, which I didn't know anything about until recently.  The problem with this is that my name was on the agreement because it was set up through our joint account.  He has now defaulted on this and it has affected my credit rating making it impossible for me to get a better mortgage deal to help ease my financial difficulties.

What's worse is every other weekend he picks her up, he plays happy perfect dad and she thinks the sun shines out of his A**E!  Is there no justice in this world?!
