Paris shuttle service customer experience

  I booked Paris shuttle service online to get from Beauvais airport to Thomas Cook Hotel in Disneyland.  On arrival the driver is supposed to be in arrivals with a plaque but alas no driver, sign or car.  Half an hour later a driver arrives, but for another family who were waiting an hour.

When I informed him we had booked it was a total surprise to him so he had to ring head office and call another driver.  This driver showed up half an hour later.  There was also another lady waiting for the same shuttle service to go into Paris, so he decided to bring her in our taxi (5 of us & luggage).  She had to go to disney with us and then another 35 mins from there to Paris for her.  When he got to our hotel he suggested to the lady she want to use the toilet as he needed a cigarette!!!

On the morning of our departure I rang this shuttle service company as I had paid for it in advance.  I wanted to make sure they would be there at 10.15 as stated on the advice slip I had.  Our flight was leaving Beauvais at 1.30.  "Yes no problem" was the reply.  At 10.51 the shuttle shows up late, "No problem" again was the reply from driver! 

Off we go but he makes a stop at another Disney Hotel to pick up people!!!!  I am furious at this stage but again no problem we'll be there.  These people he picked up had to go to Charles de Gaulle airport and needless to say it was a disaster as they got caught in traffic, he lost his direction and the end result we arrived at Beauvais at 12.55.

I ran into the airport while all the others got bags and stuff but no way were we allowed on flight, it was closed since 12.40.  Now here we are and guess what, the shuttle driver had disappeared also. 

There was another couple at the airport also who were waiting for this company and they were furious also as it was late.  I have rang the company, emailed them, the receptionist at the desk in Beauvais airport rang for us and still no reply, or if they do reply the boss is on holiday, he will speak to me when he comes back! 

We are out of pocket and need this company to refund us but where do you complain to in France eg.  consumer rights or what?
