Whenever there is a TV reporter in an area with some people about, there is no doubt that some youths will try to get attention on the screen. This is okay as they are youths and one day should grow up.
However, when it comes to motorists, there are many that hoot their horn to get attention this way on the report, especially if it is in somewhere like a city centre. Every motorist is an adult but the childish behaviour of this attention-seeking behaviour suggests the mentality of some motorists is worse than that of children.
Just what is it within the mentality of such motorists that gives them this urge to leave an audible footprint? It appears they like to leave their mark wherever they go. Don't these motorists know the Highway Code and the permitted use of a horn?
