Useful resources
Metcheck weather - Probably the best weather site for the UK there is. Forget the met office, met check has everything you need and lots more. There are long range forecasts and forecasts with a resolution of down to 3 hours. Other features include specific forecasts for outdoor pursuits such as aviation. There's even a BBQ forecast tool!
Stock Exchange Photography - This is a great creative resource. A fantastic stock photography site, it can be a little slow at time but you will find the image you need here. Don't forget to log in and rate/comment the images you use. The photographers work hard and deserve the credit.
Online Dictionary - A comprehensive online dictionary and
thesaurus. Who could be without this, especially if your spelling and English grammar is as bad as mine?

CLaNZeR's Overunity site - This guy's done some amzing work in the field of permenant magnet motors and perpetual motion. I've followed it closely over the last few months and just had to share this. Success may be only just around the corner for CLaNZeR - if not, he's sure having fun building some amazing experiments!
British Garden Birds - Did you ever want to know who it was that
was making all that racket outside at the crack of dawn? This is a fantastic site and useful resource if you wish to identify British garden birds and find out a bit
more about them. There's even a collection of sound samples of bird song to help in the identification process.
Love Poems And Quotes - A collection of romantic love poems and quotes, as well as a free monthly poetry contest.
Halfbakery - This site is amazing. It's a collection of ideas; there are all sorts of concepts including Maglev cars, toaster shoe, fembot brothels?? From the inspired to the ridiculous you'll find all sorts of ideas here and registered users can vote. It's either a brilliant idea or a dead turkey!
Crime stoppers - Most Wanted - This is an excellent idea, an FBI style web site where people can help catch criminals by
anonymously providing valuable information online. P.S. I've checked, I'm not on the list!
Solar Powered Para-glider - Could it be possible? - I hope so one day, because that would truly offer the freedom of the skies to the average individual. I've had an interest in para-motors and microlights as well as fuel cell technology. This site kind of caught my eye and imagination, check it out!
Google Earth - A 3D interface to the planet, this is
just absolutely amazing. A very small application that gives you access to satellite photography, maps and
information including 3D tours of some parts of the planet. This is a truly amazing tool so DOWNLOAD IT NOW!
Random Website - An excellent way to while away a boring afternoon at the office. If you are fed up looking at the same old sites, check this out and try a few different ones!
