Pointless performance reviews and stupid targets
These companies are so quick to go go with you on the good times and dance around with you when you make them tons of money, but when things are bad (recession?) that's when your employers turn on you.

Emergency appointments only at the doctor's
Why is it that the only way you can get an appointment with a doctor these days is to declare an emergency? This is quite ridiculous as laypeople aren't qualified to diagnose how 'life threatning' a medical condition is.

Get out of the way of that ambulance!
What gets me is when you are driving along in your car, and you hear an ambulance siren behind you (along with seeing the blue flashing lights), all of a sudden all the cars around you just pull over.
