| 28-5-2008 | What annoys me is the fact that they disrupt the schedule for what would have been a good programme in the name of sport. | 21-5-2008 | Football and the people who talk about it are utterly boring and a total waste of time. I loathe sport on TV, pubs with wide screens TV's showing sport, and the obsession with a bunch of sweaty yobs kicking a ball around a field watched by a bunch of thugs looking for a fight and then going and...more | MikeP |

| 13-5-2008 | I understand that most people like "to watch" other people doing sport, they like to watch only and they prefer this to actively doing it themselves, it is a generation of "spectators", that is why nothing gets done in this poor society - sad eh!

| 11-5-2008 | It's no better here in the United States. Except that here, it's not what weit's baseball during the warm months and american football during the cold months. And then of course there's also basketball, golf and college basketball. It's getting to the point where you can barel...more | wynterblu |
| 29-8-2007 | I doubt with Murdoch one could expect anything other than leveraging his brands everywhere he possibly can. I don't think the problem is, as such, too much football on Sky New; it is, rather, that Sky News is itself such an abysmal "news" programme that having so much sports "news...more | tadpole |

| 19-8-2007 | I hear you! And whats more I hate the fact that games are played over the christmas season. Instead of spending time with family you end up being left with the half eating turkey while they go out to watch the match. Merry Christmas and happy new year...NOT! | Jen |
| 07-6-2007 | Football is great and here to stay - get over it! Sorry to be unsympathetic but if you don't like football don't pay for sky sports ('cos frankly there aint much else on that channel).
