Poor customer service

Have you ever booked a holiday to get away from it all and have a relaxing time, just to end up having a nightmare time? I had one such experience recently on a trip to Disneyland Paris.



I recently paid for, and went on, a holiday to Disneyland, Paris. I took my fiancée for her 21st birthday. Whilst there we had some abysmal service and so when I got back I wrote this VERY long letter of complaint.

04-2-2010 If i'm going to Disney Orlando I stay on site, if i'm going to Disneyland paris I know my expectations will be met if I stay offsite. 04-2-2010 Holgate I understand as mother myself you want the best for your children. Sometimes these things just happen. If it were me I would of just used the other hotels pool. 04-2-2010 The several things that you have mentioned I have experienced personally. To be honest and I hate to sound rude but I think you almost ruined the holiday experience your self.
