Ps: If you receive this letter before the maximum 40 day period of subscription cancellation, may I be so bold as to suggest you hang on to it until the said period has elapsed and then process it.



A letter written to Sky recently to request the cancellation of my subscription. This follows a particularly unnecessary and farcical episode on their notoriously inaccessible telephone system. Let me expand...

You do not seem to appreciate that Very Clever Consultants and Company Directors, have put a lot of time and effort into putting this system in place, at great cost to Sky.
