For those of you haven't heard of the Freecycle network, it's a collection of Yahoo Groups that aim to promote waste reduction by passing your unwanted stuff on to people that can use it.

People are greedy. I gave a car to a 'friend' in need, it was worth perhaps £500 so we're not talking big bucks here. A few weeks later I drove past her place and there was a sign in the back...more | MikeP |
