Driving using a mobile phone causes accidents

Put the phone down!
How many times have you seen it? Someone driving along the road with a mobile phone at their ear, meanwhile their car is swerving all over the road because the can't steer properly. Put the bloody phone down!

Finally they are looking at creating a specific law to punish thouse who are caught using a mobile phone whilst driving a car, and about time too!
