Captcha alternative needed, can't read the image

Captcha's that are too hard to read

Some CAPITCHAs are too hard to read

Captcha's for anyone who hasn't actually come across the term before are those little squiggly images where you need to decipher the text (usually some nonsensical combination of letters).

22-11-2007I hate Captcha's too but I hate spammers and bots more, even more so since I own a couple of websites! I'm sorry to say but they do their job pretty well and are gonna stick around until something better comes along!simmy276
21-11-2007Sorry, you just failed the Turing test. If they were "easier" they'd be machine-readable and therefore pointless! Obviously an acceptable proportion of the human race seems to manage or the sites wouldn't get any customers. Just go and practice a bit and if you're visual...moreHAL
