Taxi drivers take liberties
I know this doesn't apply to EVERY taxi driver out there, but in the town where I live I have become increasingly aware of it. Speeding, going the LONG way, talking on the phone etc.

| 09-7-2008 | I think the original poster's comments are more directing at private hire cab drivers (mini-cabs) than so called black taxis. (No doubt it's only a matter of time before the PC pinko tossers ban that term). I use both, and have never found a black taxi driver anything other than courteous,...more | MikeP |
| 09-7-2008 | I came across this site accidentally while seeking comments re London's completely man made, (or perhaps mayor made) traffic nightmare. Of course I always point out that its not the most direct route and that I'...more | Steph |

| 04-11-2007 | Taxis and minicabs provide a great service, a service that we pay for. I use them regularly.
However as a driver of an ambulance I see them take liberties that I most certainly would not even consider because of the risk to others whilst responding to an emergency.
Given that, whilst other dr...more | Marco |

| 26-10-2007 | Have you ever tried to report a taxi driver, OH what fun that is. first, the police say it's nothing to do with them, so you have to go through the council. So you ring the council, If, and only IF you can get put through to the correct department, does the fun really start.
I'll give you...more | Joe |
