Sky TV, Broadband, and telephone or Virgin Media?

Why would you want to cancel Sky?

I decided to go back to Virgin Media

Why should I, or any customer, have to pay to speak to someone about a problem with THEIR service? By the way; I am cancelling Sky and going back to Virgin Media where I had excellent service.



I recently subscribed to the Sky TV, Broadband, and Telephone service, after having been with Telewest and Virgin Media for the past couple of years. What a disaster! First of all, the TV service is mediocre at best.

26-12-2007Why would you want to cancel Sky? I had it back in 92, was pretty good back then. I haven't bothered since because it's just 'bung' on every channel. Hundreds of channels with nothing on. I'd rather donate my money to the Taliban.Si West
