| 10-3-2010 | We were charged double bill by BT in December 2009 and found out that so were a lot of other people so that BT could put their accounting practices in line as we laid in advance for phone and broadband but of course the telephone bill comes in a month late..Since we already pay in advance and alway...more | BMT |
| 09-3-2010 | I have had BT broadband for a number of years and the service has been reliable until the last 6 - 9 months - the broadband refularly falls over and I have to disconnect ADSL filters, reboot etc. When the service is running I am lucky if I get 1mb speed. I have stopped calling Customer Services -...more | Frenchferg |
| 07-3-2010 | I just want to add to the comments about BT - a member of my family has been waiting for their broadband in their new home now for over 4 weeks. After cancelled orders without telling them, making them take time of work for engineer visits and then not turning up, changing dates and saying first th...more | Maz |

You will be getting the worst speeds after you sign up to us and never ending problem, but we won't tell you how bad our broadband really is.

| 19-2-2010 | BT is the pits!! Like several other of these posts, I have been without a reliable Broadband connection ever since I moved to my current house - i.e. 8 months ago! At first I blamed my ISP, but after umpteen engineers visits (which BT tried to charge me for) it has become clear that I live in ...more | Candy |
| 18-2-2010 | I have been with One-Tel for 12 years on the phone and 10 dial up. they kept pestering me to upgrade to Talk Talk Broadband. This I did on December 27 and was told everything was fine. Come February I called them and they said this order had been cancelled. I then had to go through the whole proc...more | mikeysussex |
| 17-2-2010 | I ordered BT Package end of November 2009 and had been promised 4 different dates to finally have broadband. It took until the 29th Jan to realise that I had DACS on the line. Now there is no guarantee of having this removed, it is with the network planning team to asses whether it is cost effectiv...more | DislikeBT |
| 14-2-2010 | BT are just a disgrace. I lost my Broadband for 10 days, because they had no idea what the problem was. I was passed from pillar to post, to no avail. I now have a variable BB speed between 1/2Mb somedays to 5.6Mb at best. But they stated 6.1 at install. The speedchecker website is a lie, and shoul...more | Richpuke |
| 09-2-2010 | Since the 15th of January i've been with out Broadband, the broadband light on the router went red, after calling BT and them trying things that i'd already thought to try they said their was working going in at the exchange(which I later found out was not true) and that service should be b...more | trec |
| 07-2-2010 | BT seem to have some very underhanded methods for dealing with problems. I recently had a problem with them whereby they sent my bill to the wrong address and then sent a warning letter to that same address. My phone bill andmy broadband bills usually arrive within a week of each other so when my b...more | Feenix |
| 06-2-2010 | Flipper, the exchanges may be run by BT but most isp have their own equipment within the exchange, so if it is the equipment that is faulty a different isp will have different service, however if the line is faulty between the exchange and your house then you are relying on the isp getting Openreac...more | Nick |
