27-6-2008I purchased a new VW over a month ago. Although I am extremely happy with the car, I have to say that the aftersales was a little to be desired. The sales executive in question left me to assume that my query was being delt with. After waiting for nearly a fortnight I rang to check the progress to w...moreI M Right
27-6-2008I have had my Polo Blue motion 2 since mid December 2007. Bought from a main VW dealership (Lindvale) in Chelmsford. From the start the car pulled excessively to the left in all driving conditions and camber conditions. The supplying dealer took the car in many times, once for 4 weeks! T...morePatrick

03-6-2008Having made a number of phone calls to order pats for my car and being fed up with being told that the item I'm after is on back order, no idea when it will be in. I make one phone call to a dealer in germany and the items will be shipped to myself in the morning. What a joke!timboukvw

31-5-2008My VW experience has been very bad. I bought a Polo FSI in 2003, and like Margaret's, it cut out frequently. I think all VW do this - my Dad's Golf does it too. Then it wouldn't start. The driver's door leaked from day one, but it took years before they finally replaced the seal (at ...moreHole-in-my-wallet
28-5-2008I feel for you with the Passat. I purchased my Passat 2.0Tdi in 2006 and have sleepless nights about it. My car is more at the garage for repairs than in my own garage. My fuel pump had to be replaced and they fitted the wrong one!!! I have three children under the age of 4 and the tow truck had ...moreBarbara Swart
27-5-2008I Bought a 3 year old Golf TDI with 30,000 on the clock. I did another 3,000 and the Turbo blew up in spectacular fashion covering the engine in oil. I took it to my local main dealer (Hayselden's in Barnsley) thinking I had a pretty good case for a bit of goodwill (surely a Turbo and an engin...moreJ Rusby
