In the past few months I have received numerous emails and responses to a gripe about the quality of customer service provided at various UK Volkswagen dealerships around the country.

| 27-6-2008 | I have had my Polo Blue motion 2 since mid December 2007.
Bought from a main VW dealership (Lindvale) in Chelmsford.
From the start the car pulled excessively to the left in all driving conditions and camber conditions.
The supplying dealer took the car in many times, once for 4 weeks!

I ordered a Brand New Tiguan in Feb 2008. Was advised by the dealer that it would be end of May begining of June before delivery. This I accepted.
