It's annoying when someone forgets your name

What's my name?
Afterwards, it was acknowledged by the training centre that our names had been mixed up by the instructor, so my score was meant to be 87, mostly A's and B grades and hers 65.

I did a training day at a race school and at the end of the day our instructor filled out feedback forms. Unfortunately he mixed the names up and someone else got my grades by mistake.

They provide a service which has to be paid for, so I should think it should be covered.

| 20-4-2007 | Sod that, I would do the re-cert at their cost and ask for the next level to either be free or heavily discounted.
But just remember that you passed at 87% and they admitted thier mistakes, so they must pay!! | grrrr |
| 20-4-2007 | Sue via the small claims. Seriously. If you've been charged and they've screwed up, you deserve to be refunded for both fees paid and expenses incurred. Easy to do via the small claims court service.
