| 18-2-2010 | You do have a point saying that public hygenies are badly designed. What I want to know is that if there is a limited supply of water on this planet that is fresh, then why do we use fresh drinking water 2 flush crap down the toilet? | Diamonds are forever* |
| 03-2-2010 | Public toilet hygiene is much misunderstood. Even if the person before you washes their hands you are still not safe. Imagine this. Previous person uses toilet and soils his hand. He uses that hand to turn the tap on thereby dirtying the tap. Washes hands and exits having turned the tap off th...more | Russ Daw |
| 24-1-2010 | Very good point dude: public hygiene systems are very badly designed, it's unacceptable!
But you're wrong on one point: there is NO good reason why things are the way they are (immediate equipment cost is the reason, which is a bad one).

| 04-12-2009 | Most modern toilets / bathrooms are a cutting edge environment, automatic taps with sensors, automatic soap dispensers and now Dyson with his amazing air blade to dry your hands in split second... marvelous.
But lets face it, whats the point with all that technology if everyone has to use the s...more | newbrandguru |

| 10-10-2009 | The reason most public toilet doors open inwards is that if they opened out they would cause a hazard to people passing by the corridors and areas outside, often carrying drinks or food. If these areas where packed with customers, say on a Saturday night or around Xmas, you may find yourself trappe...more | ironmongeryshoponline |
| 21-9-2009 | One other thing worth noting. In all public buildings exit doors should be of the "Crash" design in that, in an emergency, one can escape by outward pressure on the door. This prevents crush injuries in the event of a panic. Then why are public toilet doors inwards opening? | colin51 |
| 07-8-2009 | Mike; I've just looked on that website, and it looks like a good idea.BUT(Very big but)...if the restroom is in a restaurant, public house ect, the best idea in the world becomes pointless, for the simple fact of money changing hands.(not to mention, the bar, tables, chairs, door out of the buildi...more | nicci247 |
