Tiscali Broadband Issues

I have phoned Tiscali approximately 20 times to try and resolve this. Each time I phone them they ask me to do something different, or they tell me that they will do something and they never actually do!



Not going to go into all the detail of my dealings with Tiscali when they were my service provider, but the bottom line is due to the problems I’ve had cancelling my account I really can’t recommend them.

28-6-2008I left Tiscali three months ago and they still owe me money as they over-billed me. I have emailed them several times and been promised cheques but they never arrive. Their internet service is slow and poor value for money. Tiscali are useless - avoid at all coststiscalibroadbandarerubbish

31-5-2008I signed up to the 'upgrade package' of up to 8mb broadband plus a free wireless router. Despite giving me and order number for the wireless router I've just rung up and apparently I'm now not eligble for a wireless router!!!!! I'm off to report them to Watchdog....Cephas
30-5-2008Anil///reportted Tiscali to OFFCOM, months and months ago, but nothing has happened. I'd suggest write a letter of complaint, and go for the compensation. It worked for me, but it took a while for it to be completed. I wish you luck. Seems Tiscali are like Teflon - nothing sticks!!!Chippy

24-4-2008I got an e-mail today saying how much they valued me asa a customer - I closed the account in June last year. A quality service!!! Just had to send a sarcy e-mail back. Put a smile on my face.Chippy
