Pizza restaurant staff - terrible customer service

Unprofessional staff at pizza place

Unprofessional staff

For this assault by an employee, I received only the briefest apology from the person who threw the apron, but absolutely nothing from the manager when I asked for him.

I can safely say that the absolute poorest customer service I have ever received was at my local Papa Johns pizza restaurant when I went in to pick up a takeaway meal.

18-2-2007A friend of mine once worked in a pizza place, and one day I was chatting (a quiet day) while he made the pizzas with other staff. A few pieces of salami dropped on the floor, and when he picked them up and put them onto a pizza I said "No way"! He looked at me, pretended (I hope) to pic...moretesteresta

16-2-2007I think staff in most shops are very unprofessional but the worst has to be the staff in the O2 shop in Bexleyheath. Just about got a response after a very simple question was asked and no eye contact at all!amason51
13-2-2007The customer is not always right. The customer is not always "King". This is a con that the public relations people like to sell you. The customer is nothing but a poor benighted creature willing to part with their hard-earned money. Don't expect any real service or thanks for this....moreGamow
13-2-2007"Gamow" You talk bollox! There is no excuse for manners and good customer service, the old saying of the customer is always right is the key. The trouble is that people don't care about people anymore, just about the money. What a shameplokij
12-2-2007Gandalfq [queer sort of Gandalf?] Professional = A person engaged in one of the learned professions. Selling pizzas a learned profession? Let's discuss the geometry of a pizza.
