Ordering online with Mothercare - review

Mothercare online card problems
Has anyone else ever experienced problems ordering with Mothercare? They wouldn't accept my card as they said it was registered to someone else and wouldn't tell me who the clearing company was so I could fix the problem.

I ordered one pram and one sterilizing unit plus a few other bits from Mothercare online. I had spent over 500 euros by the time I got to the checkout. However things didn't exactly go smoothly after that.
