| 17-8-2007 | I absolutely agree with you.
I noticed Tesco had apples from Chile New Zealand and Argentinia, but none from England apart from Bramley cooking apples which are all very fine but not much use if you want to eat an apple raw.
Similarly no English pears.
I asked in the store why no English Ap...more | Jonathan |

| 27-10-2006 | think someone should redesign the trolley to attract young people like me, as a brilliant thing to carry home shopping without having to break your arms dragging home if you don’t have a car. | klie |

| 12-10-2006 | I prefer english apples to the foreign tasteless mass produced rubbish but companies like Tesco want to purchase thousands of tons at a time. The british farmers cant get their act together and collaborate to supply the large quantities as has been said above. I worked as a buyer not with apples bu...more | simmy276 |

| 11-10-2006 | It's all because our hopeless growers are unable to collaborate in collectives large enough to supply the likes of Tescos, M&S, Sainsburys and so on. Our growers are nothing but a bunch of hick farmers. | Debon Zider Mann |
