No real beer at Brewers Fayre pubs

Brewers Fayre family pubs

Brewers Fayre - really, so where's the beer?

How can this chain of pubs get away with being called “Brewers Fayre”? Surely that implies that there may be some connection with brewing and maybe a few real ales?

We decided to try the Brewers Fayre pub up the road one afternoon because our usual, The Hungry Horse was full to capacity. The Brewers Fayre was more expensive, but the food definitely wasn’t better!

09-8-2008Last night I ate in the Brewers Fayre in Falkirk, and the reason I came across this site is because I was looking for somewhere to lodge a complaint! There were at least five waiters and waitresses working, and it was Six pm so the restaurant was pretty much dead. We waited ten minutes for our drink...moreJemma

28-8-2007Brewers Fayre is supposed to be family friendly, so why doesn't it show? I went to a Brewers Faryre near Prestatyn with my family. This included four adults and one child. When the adults meals were brougt out, there was no sign of the childs meal. After waiting roughly five minutes. I went in ...morePat
08-8-2007I think the vast majority of Brewers Fayre users are disgusted with their experience because they are a copy of the genuine country pub. Brewers Fayre have obviously tried to take the decent country pub and condensed it into a formula and then just tried to repeat it everywhere. They got the form...moreDire
