Talk Talk Problems
After five months of phone calls and e-mails, I have still not had a sensible and productive conversation with anyone at Talk Talk. I'm still experiencing the same problems and no one seems to be able to help!

Here is yet another Talk Talk gripe for you. I don’t think for a minute that we are the only ones who are seriously disappointed with their poor customer service or have had trouble getting through to them in the first place.

Tiscali have been my broadband provider for years - I never had any problems. Since Talk Talk have taken them over my connection has slowed right down to the point where I think I'll be looking for another provider. Their customer service is terrible too. | redfour |
