BT connection problems
It is impossible to talk to anyone as I just can’t hear anything and as for my BT broadband, well that keeps disconnecting every few minutes. This is a nightmare; again I have been on the phone nearly every day.

Since I moved house I've had endless problems with BT. First of all it was my phone line and then when I got broadband things got worse. None of the BT engineers seem capable of sorting the problems out.
