We all know the NHS isn’t perfect, but these days what is? I'm sick of people who don't actually work in the NHS trying to tell us what we should be doing or how we should be doing it.

My private medical insurance costs a third of that for infinitely superior cover and a significantly reduced chance of MRSA - oh, and a private room and 3 good meals a day.
