Poor customer service, broadband nightmare

Broadband problems with Sky Plus

Sky Broadcasting customer service

Had a bit of a nightmare with customer service at Sky Broadcasting. I got transferred from agent to agent and I found them difficult to understand. Not a pleasant experience at all really.

I decided to get Sky Plus and was told that it would cost £42.00 per month with the basic package. However, I had problems with my broadband and a bad experience with their customer service department.
