Cruel parking attendant gives disabled elderly lady a ticket

Elderly lady gets a parking ticket

Disabled Parking

This lady had a disabled badge clearly on display and yet this little hitler couldn't be bothered to examine the badge carefully so he just wrote her a ticket anyway. It's absolutely disgusting!

An elderly lady that I have known for years just got a parking ticket even though she clearly displayed her disabled badge. Both the parking attendant and the local council were extremely unhelpful in this matter.

03-10-2006I'm fed up with society bowing down to people. I live in a seaside town where disabled people park where ever they feel like, often causing obstuctions on the roads.
