Buying a cheap bluetooth headset BEWARE

Bluetooth headset not delivered!
There's nothing worse than buying something you really want, waiting for ages and nothing arrives. Worse still you can't complain to anyone about it because there's no one to complain to!

I ordered some mobile phone accessories online recently, a couple of phone pouches and a Bluetooth phone headset. Ten days later and still no headset and I'm finding it extremely difficult to get hold of someone in customer services.
