Poor customer service
I have been left with a definite feeling that Sky is ill equipped to deal with volumes of calls from customers and that the customer service staff I spoke to were of very low competence levels.
|
This is compelling gripe from a subscriber to Sky’s digital entertainment services. When attempting to cancel his subscription, this customer was met by delays and an extremely poor customer service experience.
