Delivery problems
Have you ever ordered something online and expected it to be delivered on time, but been sadly disappointed? This is exactly what happened to me, so I would advise extreme care when ordering online.

I bought a new digital camera online just before I went on holiday and they didn't deliver when they were supposed to. Now I find myself out of pocket and getting no where with their customer service department.

| 14-12-2007 | Pixmania were fine, but now they are not. They are terrible. Don't use them. Order and collect-in-branch at Jessops gives you full peace of mid - haggle on the price up to 10%.
Play.com are still great - use them.
