A real gambling problem

I was robbed
I haven't received all the money that I won out of this particular slot machine.The manager of the establishment that owns this machine said that I would receive the remainder of my winnings in a few days! So far nothing!

I visited the Welcome Break services on the M1 and happened to win over £100 on one of the slot machines. It didn't pay the full amount and I haven't received the remainder of the winnings as I was promised.
