The wrong tickets
It's supposed to be dead easy to buy your rail tickets online with the trainline web site, but I came unstuck and ended up with the wrong tickets. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?

I recently tried to book a 1st class train ticket from Bristol to London on thetrainline.com and I had real problems when they didn't send me the correct tickets. I was also frustrated by their unhelpful customer service department.

| 11-3-2008 | Got head office's number from station staff. Probably won't get you anywhere but I think they deserve to be reminded how crap their offline and online service is.
