Working 9 to 5 and the rat race

Tired of the rat race?
Me too! I need more time out to do things that I would rather do, like spending time with friends and family, recreation and maybe a few new sporting activities. You work hard all day, for what? To make someone else richer!

Coming into work this morning I got stuck in a traffic jam, yet again! I am beginning to get seriously fed up with this nine to five rat race. Maybe I should just give up work and go on the dole.

| 16-7-2007 | I hate jams so much I changed jobs and now cycle to work (20 mins) which is much better.
I used to work in london and had to drive in at 4.00 am and sleep in my car until 8.45 which ment no traffic jam to sit in. | Den |

| 15-4-2006 | I hate traffic jams too! Unfortunately I have to travel on the M25 a lot, at least 2-3 days a week, sometimes every day. Stressed is NOT the word!! | 07-2-2006 | I totally agree with the original gripe. I get up at 6am , leave at 7.30 to get to work for 9am - a usual 45 min journey at rush hour takes 1 hr 30 mins.
