Its so irritating when people drive around in clear weather with fog lamps on, and its just as irritating when they don't use them when it is foggy!



Fog lights on cars are there to be used when weather conditions deteriorate and visibility is reduced to such an extent that regular taillights are no longer effective. Fog lights are to be used in these conditions alone.

09-2-2008It was quite foggy when I went accross the road for my paper this morning. Out of the 10 or so cars that went past only one had fog lights on; about the same proportion of drivers as use them when it isn't foggy! What part of the phrase "fog lights" is so hard to understand?Dazzled
