Garage rip off, poor service?

Finding a good mechanic
Not at all that easy it would seem. If you find a good garage that doesn't rip you off and provides a good competent service, then my advice is to stick with them or do it your self. Share your experiences with others here!

Two weeks ago, I took my car to a local garage for a full service and an MOT. Thanks to their incompetence, my car is now off the road and I am seriously out of pocket.
