M25 traffic and I'm stuck here

Traffic not moving
Its frustrating when you have to get from one side of London to the other and you elect to go round the notorious M25, the UK's biggest orbital car park. I'm seriously fed up with the lack of good traffic information.

I’m really fed up getting stuck in traffic jams on our motorways, particularly the M25 because the traffic information boards either do not have up to date information, or worst case there is no information at all.

And this halt remained so for a considerable length of time. Eventually I saw a sighn stating M25 ...more | Ken |

| 27-10-2006 | It is easy really the Control Room staff do not know which buttons to press. If you ask the Highways Agency they say the Police do them. Speak to the Police they say it is the Highways Agency.

| 12-10-2006 | The M25 was a badly thought out road, if you follow the link at the bottom of the page you will get a bit of background on it. Sadly your story isn't uncommon, but the situation on the M25 would not be so bad if people did actually follow the variable speed limits, while I understand that it mig...more | Civvy |
