ADHD and kids that misbehave, smacking as punishment

Spank the brats I say!
I'm fed up with other people's kids running rough shod over me in public places. Don't people know how to bring up their kids and stop them from running amok in public? They have no respect for other people or their property!

I have a real issue with parents with unruly children that misbehave in public. They just allow their child to run amok and do what they like.
