| 19-11-2007 | I am surprised that the current government has not introduced a stealth tax for train/platform overcrowding. What a missed opportunity. | Gugs |
| 08-11-2007 | I've started a job earlier this year that requires me to take the train 5 STOPS. This can take me from 30 mins (v rarely) to (most often) over an hour. The trains are ALWAYS LATE, and so crowded its a real safety issue.

| 02-11-2007 | The last time I stepped onto a train was in 1963. I have no desire to ever use a train again. I have seen the images on TV of the state of the trains today and they look ghastly. You all look like you are packed onto cattle trains heading for Bergen Belsen. I suppose this is where wealth steps i...more | P. Cruchov |
| 02-11-2007 | Sorry a couple of mistakes in the previous posting.
The whole train network and the London underground are as bad as the government that runs the country. They are a disgrace. I do not know why the train companies spend so much money on printing timetables. Nothing runs on time, save the trees! T...more | Gugs |

| 07-8-2007 | Anybody commute Whitstable to London on the train? I'm considering a move out of town, but am not sure if I am about to let myself in for a nightmare - can anybody advise? Also, there is a rumour of a high-speed train on this route in 2009?? Many thanks in advance. | oliveryster |
| 25-7-2007 | Vote your station as the “Weakest Link”!
Is your local railway station difficult to get to?
Do you need to negotiate busy roads to get the station?
Well now is your chance to name and shame that station! Transport 2000 is running a nationwide competition to find out which stati...more | Transport2000 |
| 01-6-2007 | I use the Hereford to Birmingham train quite frequently whenever I want to go shopping, and I can't fault it. It costs only £12 for a return ticket, and I have never been inconvenienced by any delays as such(yet) I think the service from Central trains is excellent. The trains are quiet and...more | Choo-choo Trina |
| 24-5-2007 | It's a shame, network rail just announced that they make a profit over a billion,... and everything is paid by us, users of the train service! We should go on a strike!!! Don't use the trains, unless they drop their prices and improve their service!! | Incognito |
| 14-3-2007 | My return journey to work is 50 miles and takes about 1hr 15mins (total). The cost of the car, fuel, taxes, insurance etc make the journey just over £9.
To get the train will cost £20 (+ £3.50 to park car at station) and take 5hrs (total) (includes 2 x 30min walks)
So:
