I hate trying to open the thick plastic packaging on computer accessories - like a mouse or memory stick. You really do need a pair of scissors or you'll end up with lacerated hands! It's not necessary to use all that packaging. Think of the environment.

Oh no, the most rudest of all people just had to come sit next to us and completely ruin it, causing me to sit there in agony watching as this chance disappeared. So gutted after left the bus.
